Terms of use
Updated October 6, 2026 · Early accessA language practice service
LinguaScene provides fictional scenarios for language practice. Characters, flights, hotels, prices, bookings and transactions are learning materials, not real services. Feedback is for practice and is not a standardized examination, certification or professional advice.
Early access and AI output
This is an early public beta. Features and scenarios will evolve. AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You can end a scene, restart or choose another model. Guided practice is clearly labeled, scripted interaction without live model inference.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 18. Keep your password and recovery code safe. Email verification and email password recovery are not available yet; your email identifies your login and your recovery code resets your password. Do not use accounts or keys without permission, or interfere with other users or systems.
BYOK and platform credits
Your chosen provider bills your model usage directly. Optional neural voice is billed separately by OpenAI using your voice key. Configure budgets with your providers. BYOK does not consume platform credits. If platform AI is enabled, a successful scene turn costs one credit and failed turns are refunded. Current credits are test allowances with no cash value; purchases are not available.
Your content
You retain rights to the content you enter. You allow the service to process it as necessary to run practice, store records and provide reflections. Do not enter private information you cannot share, real payment credentials or unlawful content.
Ending your use
You can export and delete your account data at any time. We may restrict calls or suspend access for clear abuse. Any future subscriptions, payments or commercial terms will be explained separately before purchase. We will not charge you automatically.
Current operating stage
This is an independent startup product collecting early feedback. The service is operated by Kikyo, an independent developer using the Nivalune project name, at mykikyo.com. Contact [email protected] for questions or support. We do not promise a fixed uptime, unchanging functionality or specific language proficiency gains.
